I am looking forward to it (though I may not be up for the whole time, depends on how my joints are doing) but have yet to decide where I should start/go.

I don't know the local trails so probably not a grand idea... Local school track? Boring to only see track, grass and concrete... Maybe just on the sidewalks near my house? Back and forth the length of the grass area by the community garden?
I'll have it figured out by tomorrow after work though I'm sure.

I'd definitely be up for doing this... I'm just the worst person in the world for motivation in this sort of thing!
I can't make tomorrow but possibly Monday?
I shall join you then :)
Don't leave me behind!

With mine I hook the phone up to the computer with a USB cord, open the phone's drive in your 'my computer' then drag the file to the music folder...
:) I had to create the folder but I have 2 different 'week one' podcasts on it now. Variety may make me keep with it too. lol
Hope that helps random.swirls :)

If people can't do tomorrow then that's fine. The main thing is to make sure that you do three runs each week, and that we do them approximately at the same time in terms of weeks so we can all moan at each other when we're tired/stressed/worried about the next step up.
I have a job interview tomorrow and I think my uni exam results will also be coming out, so I'm going to be saving up my run for the evening as my final de stress of the day. I love going out at sunset ish time.

It is beautiful here at the top of the woods at sunset. :)
I'd like to join too if that's ok - it's a great idea for a thread.
The Mole was bewitched, entranced, fascinated. By the side of the river he trotted as one trots, when very small, by the side of a man who holds one spell-bound by exciting stories; and when tired at last, he sat on the bank, while the river still chattered on to him, a babbling procession of the best stories in the world, sent from the heart of the earth to be told at last to the insatiable sea.

Seemed to take me ages to get into it, but then by 6th run I was going well and then it was like "you have just completed your last run", and I was left thinking "can I just add some more on the end now I'm in the swing of it?! But I was sensible and stuck to it properly. Weather was good for it, if a bit hot, but lovely in the wind. And I got to explore the woods. :)

I'll update on mine later (still early here - 130 - and I'm at work still)
Might need to start Monday if my SIL keeps me out running errand though :/ we were supposed to go yesterday but she blew me off.

I hate gym programme updates, they always leave me so so so tired!
Ignore the fitness age things though, they're not really very scientific. They are only useful as comparative things with yourself to see progress, but a number alone doesn't mean very much.
