10 Weeks :) UPDATE
so with one slip up ive now been self harm free for 10weeks and a few days and im so pleased :) its like nearly the longest now ive been. and the urges are getting less too.
ive got myself a job that i really like and things are looking up  so just thought that i would let you's all no as i was in a really bad place like less than a year ago and now things are looking up it can be done people things can and will get better

im still free :D
today i just got a letter to arrange an appointment with plastic surgery team yyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy :D
im so pleased and also ive managed to wear no sleeves at all in work :D
