This is a real big move forward for me!
I was admitted to hospital last year at the end of November, and have been in hospital since, it has been a hard struggle but now I am really pleased to say that I am due to be discharged within the next few weeks! I know it's going to be hard to get back into a normal life, but I am so so pleased that I am finally well enough to get out of hospital!
So yep, this is the biggest step forward I am due to take in a while!!

Yay, fantastic! Well done!!! Hope everything goes really well for you now you're back at home. Take it easy though, it will probably take a while to adjust back in to 'normal' life! Take care, all the best :) xx
