I am not sure what you mean. But I think you should start with a therapist and possibly a psychiatrist and see them for a while before you go off to a program.

There's a website with a list of places/therapists who will treat people who self harm. The site has a lot of good resources.

not been there. but i think that one large program based in the US is SAFE alternatives. or something like that.

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.

The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.

PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)

I see a therapist weekly to address this and my other issues. One-on-one helps me, but others may benefit more from CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), group therapy, or other forms of treatment. I suggest your first stop be a psychiatrist, if you don't already see one. They'll be able to help you assess what will work best for you.

I'm really not sure. I know they have a thirty day facility called SAFE alternatives where you have to be interviewed over the phone and be accepted to get admitted, but I'm not sure if an si rehab is what you're looking for. They don't really seem to have anything around here, like group therapies or meetings completely devoted to self injury. It's a total bummer.
