That sounds so nice ^ though I wish that they didn't practically only use chocolate and vanilla for their ice-creams. Coconut ice-cream with a chocolate sauce and chocolate covered coconut caramel crunch pieces would have been better IMO.
I know, they do them just in the little pots don't they? At least, my Asda does. Wish they did them in the big pots. I was just saying Asda do a similar (and cheaper) range to B&Js, which might be worth checking out. Unfortunately they're also all chocolate-based.
Ice cream should not have water in it, and if it does water should certainly not be the main ingredient. B&J's is full of water and you can taste the bittiness of the ice. It's horrible.
I seem to be the only person in the world who dislikes it.
Kat: But how do you live without Ben & Jerrys?!?! *sends you some*
Baked Alaska is the best. Or Jamaican Me Crazy, nom nom pinepple sorbet (:
I love Ben & Jerrys. It's a shame it's so expensive really.
Or if you get a three scoop cup then the best combination is Cookie Dough, Caramel Chew Chew and Baked Alaska. That combination is like heaven.
Get to Tesco, Lyddie! All Ben and Jerrys is half price there atm! I'm popping over to Tesco this afternoon to get myself another tub while the offer is still on
I've only tried the chocolate fudge brownie t'other week because of Tesco offers. Not made my mind up on the verdict yet, think I'll have to buy some more :P
If I had room in my freezer I would do the same Lyddie :) especially with lots of exams and essay deadlines atm. That's my excuse, sure I could easily think of others the rest of the year though!
