When should I ask for help?
I've been in recovery for about a year now but recently I've started to feel really down n like i want to self harm again, I know I need to rely on myself more now that i'm no longer in therapy but i'm not sure how far I need to go before I say enough is enough i need to ask for help before it goes any further and I end up in the self harm cycle again. Any advice you could give or maybe shared expierience would be really appriciated .

I'd say ask for help as soon as you feel it might be necessary...

Ask yourself: Do you think you can get through this without help? If you don't, then the sooner the better when it comes to asking for help. It's a lot easier to prevent a problem from occurring than deal with it once it's there.
Good luck.

I think any time is a good time to ask for help. Whenever you feel that you need support to get through this. If you think you're going downhill, it'd probably be better to get help sooner rather than later, so you don't get caught back up in SI. I'm glad to hear you've been trying to recover :) That's great!
*hugs*

Your gut instinct will tell you. If you think you need help, go get some. Nothing to be ashamed about. Just get help if you think you need it, especially if you are starting to feel uncomfortable and notice changes. That's a marker that you should seek help.
I hope you can overcome this. I know you can.

Hey hun, it's so good that you are in recovery and I'm happy for you :)
I think once you start to think about hurting yourself again and really want to, that's the point that you need to ask for help, this is only in my opinion, but it's whenever you feel is the right time, whenever you feel you need help with everything.
I hope I've helped hun, and if you need me you can PM me anytime xxxxx

Keep your chin up, and we might just get though this together.
