I haven't hurt myself in ANY WAY (besides lip biting... crap -.- but even that wasn't anywhere NEAR as bad as usual!) today!!! Even though I wanted to and of course I got exposed to my triggers but I didn't and OH MY GOD YES YES YES I'M SO HAPPYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for the lip biting, you might find it useful to keep gum or mints in your purse. It really helps.
