You said it yourself, you know that the reason you are feeling this is most likely to do with the medication withdrawal. I did wonder though if maybe it is because you are doing so well and part of that is quite scary? You are taking another step away from self harm and the destructive part of you and whilst that is what 'well' Romp wants, the bits of you that are still unwell are kicking off about it? I don't know, at the end of the day I don't have the answers, none of us do. But we do all want to support you and care about you. Obsessing about the harm you could do/have done/want to do is only going to feed the destructive part of you. Like when you give a child a bite of chocolate and they then want more.

I was also wondering whether or not you were drinking a lot more than usual again at the moment?

Romp....please be careful. Don't let the scared, ill parts of you that remain take over. You are doing great, you are proving your Dr wrong...you are managing and ENJOYING working a few days a week, you have Sasha, at least parts of you are moving forwards. Stop looking backwards otherwise you are going to run headlong into a wall! xxx

Combination of drinking (thinking i could 'manage' it, drink 'normally'...i cannot) plus dropping the MS, trying new med, then having to quit it cold.
But, that isnt me anymore.
I can and will do this.

Painklillers have resulted in upset stomach on top the rest
