Hmmmmm...

Is it just me or is it rather quiet in here these days? Feels kinda like walking into a room minutes after the people in it have had an argument.

I came back on to reconnect with a few peeps who's numbers I lost and there's barely a single name I recognise!

I've only been coming here for a couple of months or so so I don't know if it has slowed down; it does seem to be as slow as a Granny with a zimmerframe :) Not that I'm complaining.

yeah am fine, am a student again, course starts today, but i've been working through the books and have nearly finished the first unit. it's only 1 module (1/3rd of an open degree) but it is enough to gain entry to the midwifery degree i want to do. wish me luck!!!

go to tescos and buy a green's lemon meringue kit - takes about 30mins to make.

you just melt butter and mix into the gingery biscuit base, pack into a tin bake for 5 - meanwhile add an egg yolk and 1/2 pint water to the lemon filling bring to the boil, take base out and re-pack it into the sides so you have a 'dish' to pour the filling into - leave to cool, whist your egg white + 1 tbs water til its meringuey, add the meringue powder, whisk again put on top 15mins in oven - bish bosh bash
