Hey, no one is 'fucked' can you tell us more about why you feel that way? There are many options for support out there and being destroyed is definitely not the answer. the pppl that "loved" me just hurt me..in various ways..i have scars that are;nt just from me...im told im fat, im told i dont look good and such..by jppl that "love" me and they tel me these things for my own good they sayl....

people that love me, they say nasty things to me too, that i'm fat and ugly from the scars. and that its for my own good. on days i think the do care, on other days i know they don't. maybe you'll think diffrently tomorrow, or when your in a diffrent mood. maybe they are just having a bad day and though they shouldn't be and don't mean it, snap at you accidently. don't take it to heart. what matters most is wether you think you are beutiful. don't let comments people make absently or "for your own" good undermine your self esteem =(
if you don't know how to deal with whats inside anymore, can you talk to your gp or ask for help from them?
