My college sent my UCAS back to me so i got to change one of my choices, now just waiting for them to finish it off and sent it.
The one thing i'm looking forward to after the new year is getting my offers!
" my precious, precious child, I love you and I would never, never leave you during your times of trials and suffering. When you see only one set of footprints it was then that I carried you" you were carried out of are lifes into the next and when its my time to leave this life I know i will be carried into the next life with you.
I wish i had my world complete again.

So far I've heard from Monmouth College, Indiana University - Bloomington, and Colorado School of Mines. Monmouth is giving me 14,000 a year, which still leaves 10,000 my parents aren't willing to pay. Mines hasn't given me anything yet, but they've sent me stuff saying that they're looking. IU is giving me 4,000 a year, which doesn't seem like a lot, but I'm a resident of Indiana and get half tuition because my parents worked for the university. I sent in my second reccomendation letter to Carleton College, but probably won't get much money there, because they don't do merit scholarships. University of Wisconsin - Madison is still "reviewing" my application. I haven't sent in my enrollment money anywhere, and Carleton is still my first choice, but IUB is looking like it's gonna be the one. If Mines give me enough money, that's probably my second choice.
Why does it seem that the college application process is easier in the UK? Haha, I'm still stressed out, and my applications are done already.
because there are more nuances to our system. You don't want to hear about financial aid and me.
Then wear the gold hat, if that will move her;
If you can bounce high, bounce for her too,
Till she cry "Lover, gold-hatted, high-bouncing lover,
I must have you!"

I actually need advice about my application. As I left college in June I had to give an independent reference (Where I enter a contact myself). Well I contacted my old college tutor who gave me here contact details to use. At the weekend i entered them onto UCAS (aware that i had left it quite late all ready) and I received an email saying the email address given is not valid!! I emailed my tutor but i got the same response (not valid) so i emailed her work (college) email. Only thing is that it is the holidays now and im sure she wont be checking her work emails till she returns but the final date isn't far away!!! What can I do??
I got 2 unconditional offers today, neither was my first choice university but I feel so much better now, knowing that even if all my other choices reject me I have a place somewhere. :D:D I am so happy right now, I was sure I wasn't going to get any offers because I had left it so late, and because of all the confusion I had with the entry requirements.
I am not looking forward to filling out the student finance stuff, I had to do it last year and it was so difficult. I have to fill out all these extra forms because of my family situation, I am definitely going to get them done as soon as I possibly can and get them out of the way.

Applied for the third year in a row. Well, the second time I've finished my application. Last year I was in too bad a state to accept any of my places, and I fear I won't get accepted this year. Even if I do, I'm worried I won't be able to take my spaces again.
Scary stuff.
i'd only come here seeking peace i'd only come here seeking me it seems i came to leave
Wow....it seems like only last week I started secondary school....now applying to Uni for 2011? It's a bit crazy....! I never thought it'd go THIS quick.
I'm hoping to study English, unless the points system decide to go up. I was thinking of applying to UCAS but, the English college fees have gone up a lot more than the Irish.
We wont know what we've been offered until August though.
My school finally sent mine off (:
Do you think UCAS will be nice and let me onto track on Christmas day.. since that is 48 hours after my application was sent, or will I have to wait ages for my letter to come in the post?

Don't you have to wait for your letter to come as it should have your track login!
My college still haven't submitted mine and it's really starting to stress me out!

Still won't let me log on :( But my friend has been getting acknowledgement emails, and her application was sent on the same day as me... to the same universities...

This is my second time and even though I got a new personal ID I have to use my old one from the year before to log into Track. It confused me for a while but then I checked the letter and it told me to use the old ID but the new username and password.
