A seriously strange question..
Okay so.. I do feel highly uncomfortable talking about this and I know I am probably going to have some hate thrown my way for this.. but whatever.
Is it possible to develop certain feelings towards a person that abuses you?
Its the worst feeling ever and I honestly dont know how to stop it.
Anyone ever gone through this?

completely possible. Think about domestic violence cases, the victim usually has very intense feelings for the abuser. Can be the same in other abuse instances. No reason for anyone to hate you for thinking that, you can't help what you feel.

It is definitely possible. I can relate.
You said that you don't know how to stop this feeling - Have you ever spoken about it before with a counsellor? I know that's insanely scary, but sometimes voicing stuff like this out loud to someone can help
And no way is any hate going to get thrown your way. Not at all

Thank you for the comment.. No I haven't spoken to any counselor.. or just anyone really.. This is the first time I have mentioned anything about this before. Just the whole situation is beyond crazy. I know its wrong.. extremely wrong. On many levels.

I know how you feel. I find it hard to be angry with one of my abusers because I thought he loved me and I would have defended his case had someone not told me it was abuse afterwards.
There is nothing 'wrong' about your feelings, love. Feelings are simply feelings, they only become a problem if you act on them. Also, feelings can change over time.

mmmm Sorta the same situation here.. Just with a major twist to it too. Angry he is doing what he is but like you said.. Actually believing there is something there and because he cant be with me, its driving him crazy to the point he does what he does. A range of different emotions have gone on/ still are ongoing.. for a long period of time now. (steadily over a year). More now than ever though.
