Support needed, please!

Hello,
So I haven't SIed for probably about a year, a year and a half or something now.
However for the last week or so I've had this really horrible urge to make just a tiny cut.
The thought of it just won't leave me and I REALLY don't want to but I'm not sure how to make myself stop thinking it.
I don't feel especially emotional or anything, which is really odd. I've just started uni a couple of months ago and I've been feeling under pressure trying to form good friendships with people here, which has been playing on my mind a fair bit, which could have something to do with it?
Any suggestions/advice/ANYTHING that could be helpful? Please?

theres a huge list of distractions on the fun and distractions page, you could go take a look at that and see what sounds like it might help

Hi,
Well done for going so long without self harming that is a massive achievement :)
Starting university can be really difficult because it is such a big change, do you have any support at uni?
When you have feelings of wanting to SH try to do things that make you feel good and keep your mind occupied. Do you have any hobbies or anything that makes you feel happy? They can be a good starting point to have something else to focus on when you are struggling.
