I'm slipping...
It feels like I'm slipping back into serious SH. I've been wanting to badly, and avoiding it, but now its to much. I have scissors next to me, and I want to cut so badly. Its bad enough, my wrist hurts just thinking about it. I don't want to go back, I'm a year free...

Concentrate on your year without it. You've come so far and that's amazing. Well done.
Could you put all your sharps away somewhere so that they're hard to get to and not right next to you triggering you??
Try and distract yourself. Have a rant. Write a poem. Punch a pillow or seomthing. Is there anyone that you can stay with or call tonight to get you through this??
Sorry I have no more advice and I have to go to bed soon so might not be able to keep on replying for too long. But please stay safe and take care. Try to keep distracted as much as you can. Remember that SI doesn't help you in the long-term, it only temporarily alleviates how you're feeling. Look after yourself

like lyddie said, what has helped you the past year that you could use now? or if none of thats working you could go on the distraction list and pick out some new things to try....
ice cubes might take some of the urge away, or snapping a rubber band a few times, or excercise (if thats healthy for you), and that might get some endorphins too....
could you make a list of reasons that you don't want to slip back, and things that you've gained from not cutting so that you can focus on those to pull you through...

Listen to these two ^^ You've done SO well to go a year without, focus on that and on what has gotten you through the year, go on the distractions page, just do whatever you can not to sh. We're all here if you want to talk about things.
