Stress..
Lately, I've been getting really stressed out, with like everything and anyone. && on top of that, my doctor noticed my high blood pressure. It's been like off and on high. && my mom is really pressuring me with it. It seems like she yells at me more. && the other night she told me that i needed to get better because if I didn't I could stroke and that would be really bad. So of course that didn't really help me at all. I don't know what to do to help relieve my stress, does anyone have any ideas?

Have you discussed relaxation techniques and such with your doctor?
With regards to your mother, I'd try and calmly explain to her that yelling and pressuring you isn't going to help, but that you're working on getting better. That if she's worried about you, it would be more productive to work together with you, not push you to stress yourself out. Maybe she's not aware of what she's causing.
What else is causing you stress at the moment?

i wold agree with aimless in regards to your mother, shes yelling and stressing at you becuase of your high blood pressure but shes just making it wrse but doing that, i think less salt (if you eat too much sodium) and exercise, maybe some like yoga or meditatio, but i dont know anything about you so i cant say a lot coz i dont want to offend

I agree with what's been said about explaining to your mother that scaring you or pressurizing you is just gonna make you feel worse and more stressed. Also...try to find out the main things stressing you out and see if you can eradicate or lessen those main things. Depending on what they are. You can also try meditation, yoga, breathing exercising, those cool relaxing baths, music, um...whatever else that is calming, relaxing, easy to do, that you think you might be interested in. If one of the things making you feel stressed is being busy, then try to organize a kinda schedule where you can fit in breaks and time to just be alone or doing relaxing stuff and take it easy.
Oh, and this is unrelated, but your signature is the most amazing picture ever.
