Talk to your CPN - remember that he
only wants to help you and understand you, he has no other motive. Tell him that you not being believed is making you feel like this, and that you're really struggling with what you hear.
Listen to what your CPN is saying and, in turn, ask your CPN to hear what you're saying.
Killing yourself isn't the answer; I understand that what you're feeling is really overwhelming right now, and it's totally natural for you if you feel that you aren't being listened to, and can't cope with what's going on - but really, you've got so much more of your life to live. Give yourself little aims, maybe try focussing on day-to-day activities - set yourself something every day to work for, or take every day - or hour, if that helps. Find something to work towards - try to finish a book or to complete a project you can set yourself.
Maybe considering calling somebody like
the samaritans or contact the
Supporters, to talk through what you're feeling?
