I found out yesterday that I had passed my introduction to counselling course which is awarded by the counselling and psychotherapy central awarding body :)
It was the first course I had done since leaving college halfway through due to being admitted to hospital four years previously.
And today I officially started my Access to HE: Social Studies course.
I can't quite believe it, you know? A year and a half ago I was a recluse due to severe anxiety, I only left the house an hour a week to go food shopping with my mum! Look at me now!
Recovery isnt scary. It's exciting.
