Therapy group

I'm helping my therapy team get a group going for young adults that are suffering mental illnesses... Anyone have any suggestions as to what we should do??? I mean, what kind of things should we set up to do/discuss??? I don't know what I'm trying to ask... I guess just what do we do in a transitional age group???

I am currently:

In a transitional age group I would think that discernment activities would be good. Finding different ways to make big decisions and discussing how you make decisions and the effects they have.

Just a suggestion

listen and learn
the universe speaks
as we crawl and crave
as we love and weep
there is no fate
there is only what we make

A therapy group should be run therapeutically by therapists.
