i will not have a home soon. i want to cut but mum said if i did one more time thats it i am gone cant come back. She dont understand me i been cutting all my life. i need some hugs. i need coaping skills some one help me for i lose controll. dont know what to do. need coaping skills. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE

Tear paper (this one works well for me).
Listen to music.
Scream into a pillow.
Write down everything that's bothering you.
Meditate.
Go for a walk.
Read a book.

You could also try some SI alternatives, such as:
Sticking your hand in ice (not for too long though).
Rubbing ice where you feel like cutting.
Use a red pen to draw marks on yourself.
Punching a pillow.

Re-arrange your bedroom.
Line up books in alphabetical order.
Colour.
Call someone for a random chat.
