Adam, it's called Turron in spain. There's two different types, Alicante and Jijona.
I'm craving Alicante. It's hard & crunchy instead of the usual chewy shizz. It's made with almonds, and it's amazing.
Jijona is the chewy version.

I was just curious. I haven't had some for a couple of years. since the last music festival I went to. I stumbled across an old link in my bookmarks folder and the thought just popped in.
