so...an update on Jobseekers. They finally rang me back and said that there is no reason why I shouldn't be getting it, and that's it's clearly a mistake. So now I have to re-apply for it and ask for a back date, meaning they'll hopefully give me the money I've missed back, which is actually around £400.
So wish me luck. I handled the phone far better today, which I'm kind of proud of ^.^

I hope it all runs smoothly when you re-apply. Not that you'd have to if they didn't make these 'mistakes.' Well done for handling the phone call well too :D
