Old Tim Burton is fine, but what is new Tim Burton exactly? Him using the same washed up ideas over and over again, making it all "dark" yet "bright", where everyone is misunderstood. I'd like him a lot more if he came up with something half original, for a change.

Non-sparkling vampires, I've always loved the vampire lore and the Count is actually a pretty kick-ass bad guy.

I'm undecided about which is better. I'll go with vampires as a gut reaction. Christopher Lee makes the best Dracula.
