I really don't know to be honest Gabz :/ I haven't really watched much and never found one that's taken my fancy to watch.

Go for Kuroshitsuji then. It's dark and very odd, but awesome. It also has the sexy Sebastian in it, which is a plus ^_^
The storyline is a fourteen-year-old boy named Ciel is the Master of a mansion after his parents' death and he makes a deal with a demon (Sebastian) and the demon basically becomes his Butler and protects him from harm whilst being damn sexy xD
Funimation do good dubs of anime's.
