Hey body.
I'm writing to apologise to you.I'm sorry for treating you so badly over the last few years. I'm sorry for cutting your skin with dirty razors, I'm sorry for biting you and disowning you. I'm sorry for putting you through diet after diet through binge. You've grown and shrink due to my command and when you didn't do it quick enough I scarred you.
Foolishly, I thought pain came through the skin, when I have realised it comes through the mind. As humans we control subconsciously what is painful, and the idea to accepting myself and eating healthily became a chore. Now I see that it really is not, its more then that. Its looking after you.
You are with me for life. I cant get out of you and therefore I have two choices.
Rebel and damage you more or make peace and see if I can do damage control. Ive decided to love you. Ive spent 4 years hating you,blaming you for everything thats gone wrong in my life, thinking if I was just a little bit thinner things wouldn't of turned out that way.
This is my realisation with a revolution.
I hope you forgive me, I promise to give you healthy food, use my medicines and drink water to keep you happy.
