Yes, she.
Didn't really say much to it, just kept my mouth shut, as I do generally in all uncomfortable situations.
She seems overly keen on cut & paste, one-size fits all CBT working from booklets... It may sound harsh but it seems like a computer could do what she does.. :(

Maybe you should speak to your GP and ask about seeing someone else.
I wouldnt class all CPNs as being mean though, because mine is actually lovely and makes me feel totally at ease, so maybe you just have to start seeing a different one.

My previous 2 CPN's were insensitive like that too, but my 2 CPN's that I've seen since are great ! I think you just have to take the time to find the one thats right for you, Good luck !
