Sounds like a good idea to see the school counselor hon. Do you know why you feel the need to hurt yourself every day.
Have you tried anything to distract yourself when you feel like doing it? Drawing maybe, watching a film, going for a walk or playing an instrument perhaps.
There will come a time when you don't rely on this at all. You don't deserve to be in pain.
