Agreed with above, especially if this has been a problem with you in the past and if you feel it is resurfacing, please get some help for this
now! You don't need to be in a certain weight to get your thoughts and behaviours seen to and get yourself behaving in healthy ways. Especially if you're at risk from being ill with it in the past. Can you speak to a doctor or counsellor about how you're feeling?

forever unnoticed has said, how is your mindset relating to food and your weight? Being within the healthy weight range is a really really good thing, but if your mindset regarding food and your behaviours (ie. if you drastically lost weight cause you starved) are not good then maybe you need to speak to a professional, and monitor how you feel about yourself & food.
