My Rent is £80... so £15 more which I guess is alot... but its a brand new build e.t.c... Most of the palces have been in the 70s range, although I'm not sure what the hell was going on as the property was listed at around 78.80 a week but then she said it was listed as 82 but she'd talk the landlord down to 82. Meh. I'm happy enough I guess

Nope, but its a brand new build so bills work out cheaper then most of the places around here... Basically its either a 75 quid place with 15 quid bills, or an 80 quid place with 6-8 quid bills...

That's a month though right? That is pretty unfair as I have said before...

80 is expensive compared to Cats, but all the places in Soton are expensive and the prices have risen by ~6-8 pound a week here supposidly compared to last year (which is a hell of a lot when you consider it)...

i will do, im on an apprenticeship for five months starting in feb, so time will be short. will be over by july so i'll have all the time in the world (unless microsoft give me a job)
