I'm done opening up to people. I'm done with people not listening to me. I am just done. I've been alone in this world for way to long. I can't stop making marks on my body. I will never open up to my counselor again. I refuse to talk to anyone.

A bunch of different things triggered it. Every emotion is coming at me all at once. I can't handle it all.

That's understandable hun, honest it is. Why suddenly do you think you are never going to talk about it? Has there been a bad counselling session?

There are people you can talk to who will listen to you and not judge.
People do care about you, I assure you. It is just difficult to see through the blur of emotions.

Look after yourself.
