Having my counselor tell me that I am improving a lot faster than she ever thought and even though I still have a long way to go. I am doing so much better than when I started to see her a year ago, and I am a million times better than how I was at my worst point which was May. She was also very honest to me and told me that she was extremely worried about me and how I came to Uni with no stable coping skills, and is now extremely proud that I am developing health coping skills now that I am in my second year of Uni.
