when i was little my dad used to call my toast anaemic... it wasn't that i particularly liked it underdone, just can't stand it past golden brown and cba to scrape off any brown bits.
me and my bro used to spend ages burning my dad's toast if we made breakfast in bed. years later we find out he doesn't like burnt toast, he just cba to scrape it and doesn't want to waste it. we seriously used to burn his toast for him. set it on fire once... i was 7 :s! Luckily had the sense to shut the grill and turn the heat off and let it self-extinguish... there went the surprise tho coz i tohught i'd better panic and run up the stairs going 'muuuuuuum the toast's on fiiiiire!'

uhmm i don't really care. i like it to be very warm and crunchy. i like the sound of scraping butter on toast. if it doesn't make that noise it's not cool. not burnt, please.
I have a fear of toast and bread...so dont eat it.
Ill tell you why I have a fear against it, Im sure it will amuse you or gross you out either way :P
I was about 13, now 21, and I was making some toast, and grabbed it out the fridge and just put it in the toaster like normal, then once it was done put butter and jam on it, and I started eating it.
I took one bit and immediatly threw up *gross I know sorry* Turned it over and saw it was all mouldy on one side, I have no idea how I didnt notice, but ever since then just smelling toast makes me feel ill :P

my brother likes it really dark and it's gross and really annoying because he'll turn the little dial to like 7 or 8 and leaves it. so, like the next morning or when i want toast, i'll put mine in, not realise the dial is so high and get really dark toast when that's not cool at all.
