Hey guys, hang in there it gets easier

Just thought I should remind you guys who are trying to quit and continue to get those oh so irresistible urges, that it does get easier. With time the little voice that tells you to cut goes away. Yeah, when you first decide to stop the only thing you think about is cutting and how good you'll feel afterward, but believe me the voice actually does go away! I honestly never thought it would. We all know the voice. The one that tells you you're not good enough to stop so why try? Tells you there's no point in stopping cuz it feels so good. Eventually, the longer you fight it, you wont even recognize it anymore. So this is just to encourage those who are struggling right now. Whether you are trying to quit or haven't decided to stop yet, just so you know when you do decide to stop it's not as impossible as it might seem right now. So hang in there guys.

Thank you for sharing that. It's great to hear something positive amidst all the pain and hardship. Right now it doesn't feel like it will ever quit. But I know it can and will... I just still think I have a ways to go.
