Triggering (Abuse) - help
Ok so long story short I tried to resolve this stupid argument that is happening in my family cos my sister was getting txts saying 'i hope you die' and stuff like that.
Anyway now my brother (who also abused me) spoke to me and started yelling at me for not seeing him I replied with he knows why I don't see him and then he hung up on me.
I don't know what to say...do i tell the truth that I don't see him cos he scares me shitless and I'm petrified that one day he'll end up raping me or do I just ignore him or make up some other shit.
I don't know what I am meant to say to him I don't want to make it worse but part of me wants to finally tell him the truth.
Any suggestions????

I told him that it would be best to tlk about it when we have both calmed down...but he wants me to tell him now
I know this is gonna course more arguments with the family as no one wants to believe that this has happened to me
I really dont know what to do or say i just want to disapear...i've got a banging headache, ppl phoneing me constantly moaning about stupid little arguments and just a whole load of other shit that I don't think i can cope with

Thanks :) i think i've managed to put him off for a bit now got to solve yet another argument
there i was hoping for a nights rest i thought moving miles away from the family would make things easier for me lol xxx
