Triggering (SI) - Not sure how or why...

But I just... found a new way to SI... That's not good, is it? I've been clean for months. I had a slip up about a week ago... But just now I found a way to hurt w/o leaving marks... I'm scared I'll start using this to my advantage... and start hurting again... It...might be nice to start again... Part of me misses it sometimes...

Yes you may have found a new method, but the choice is in your hands. You can fight this if you want to, it can be easier to hurt yourself when no one notices but you deserve so much more than to hurt yourself. Please take care.

I am currently:

finding new methods is always seems like you've found a peice of candy, and then you open it up, put it in your mouth, and its disgusting. You have the choice to use it or not. I always feel guilty after I do (have no idea if your method is the same as mine, but still) cause I don't have anything to hide and everybody thinks I'm doing great.

Its your choice though, just like cutting is a choice, even if it doesn't feel like it.

Like the others said, the decision is in your hands.

It's great you've been free for months, really it is. But do you really want to start again with the new method that you have found? What made you stop in the first place? Maybe thinking of that can help you refrain from starting again? But ultimately, this decision is yours.
