Ukuleles
Does anybody else here own/play one? I've had one gathering dust in my room for months but pretty much have no idea where to start with it.

My brother plays the ukulele. It sounds much better now than when he started and it was just the same chord over and over and over again.
I guess the first step is to learn some chords/notes then find some music/tab online to a simple song. You can build it up from there. Next time I speak to my brother I'll ask him if he has any advice or links.
Good luck!

There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.

I LOVE my uke!
I struggle playing it as it's really old and needs tuning repeatedly (including half way through song). Still... tis my darling.

I've been dying to get one for years now. I do have a mandolin but no ukulele and I probably would never really learn it properly so I never bothered buying one.
I shall stick with my guitar I think.

Ditto, mines pretty and purple =]
If I could learn how to tune it myself, and then strum, I think it's not too dificult, but of course, I'm yet to get past the basics.

lungs_something_something. Cheers for that Linda =p
I might as well embrace the fact that no one will ever have the energy to type out my full screen name. Ho hum.

I have to be honest, I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to say here.
