Who is it that's saying this stuff to you? You don't have to repeat what they said at all, if you're not comfortable with it, but do you think you could explain a bit about the situation, if it would help? Are they people you can just ignore, or try to avoid?
I understand that you're angry, you have every right to be - but try to recognise that anger for what it is, that it's directed at them, and is understandable in such a horrible situation, that it's not for you, you don't deserve to take it out on yourself. There are healthy ways of dealing with anger and I know it isn't the same, at least at first, but do keep trying - maybe exercise, punch a pillow or something, write, scribble on some paper, whatever.
