Exams are over! I survived them!
If you know me then you know how much i struggle with exams and related stress, it was a hugee factor to me starting SH but I made it! And i didn't SH throughout the exams despite some really really hard days!
Still not sinking in, but I wanted to make a thread because I'm actually quite proud of myself for it
There will always be a happy ending. If its not happy then its not yet the end.

I remember this time last year where you were doubting you could make it through, but you have, and that's just brilliant. You can do anything. :)

Another bit of positivity... I sent this text last night

It was really wierd, but nice. It felt.. like I'm finally getting somewhere :)

That is amazing!
I know how bloody hard and stressful exams can be and getting through them without SH is an absolutley brilliant achievement. I'm so happy for you and so proud :)

That really is fantastic and you should be damn proud of yourself!
Exams can be an extremely stressful time and you have shown just how strong your really are by being able to resist any need to SH.
