Triggering (SI) - Can't Decide

I've been wanting to post for a few days now. But i haven't been able to figure out what i want to write about. I've been feeling very low lately. Very low. I'm extra depressed and not really sure why, and i don't feel like explaining, even if i did fully know. I've been wanting to cut a lot more and in new ways. And that must be worrying me, right? I guess that's why i'm posting. I guess i just want someone to know, right?

so if i've understood this correctly - you dont really know how you feel about the whole wanting to cut in new ways - you dont know whether you want that or whether actually you dont want that

and you dont know if you want us to know or whether you didnt want us to know (though the fact you made even this post suggests the earlier of the 2)

it would seem you are filled with indecisions and nothing is clear - its very confusing not being able to pin point anything and your just a little mixed up and dont know what to do?

anywhere close?

do you mind me asking if you have cut today or whether you have remained strong enough to not do it?? *i hope you been strong :)*

well as i said yesterday - i tihnk the fact that you posted this message kind of shows that sub consciously you wanted us to know how you were feeling otherwise you never would have hit the 'post thread' button :)
do you know when things became so mixed up and confusing for you? do you remember the last time your life had clarity and you knew what you were doing?
or has it always been a very confusing for you??
