Totally normal. Scar tissue is different to normal skin.
Moisturiser will help. Cocoa butter, bio oil, vit e oil, etc. will do them the world of good.

yeah. you should use some coco butter or vitamin e cream on them to help keep the moisture in them.

Yup. Scar tissues have issues with staying moist. Cocoa butter will do wonders for keeping those scars nice and moist, not to mention it will make them look heaps better. :)
