Triggering (Suicide/Sexual Abuse) - poss trigs for more-bad flashbacks

having bad flashbacks
cant cope
im bad
The following content has been hidden - Reason : flashback
im bad
can feel his hands on my legs
doing bad things
bad person
im dirty
cant stop him
feel sick
so bad


cant see any way out

Could you try have a look at the flashback help thread if things are still bad and try some things to help yourself.

Could you try clean and look after your cuts because there is a higher risk of infection there and you need to be careful.
Who have you tried to ask for help?
You can do it, there are lots of people out there who can help you

I am currently:
have you tried talking to a friend? or possibly going to the doctors and getting professional help, if you havnt already got some. i know it may not be high on your priorities at the moment, but a good therapist can really help you cope with things, and particularly if you get bad flashbacks.

i seem to in this forum quite alot recently so im always here if you need to pm me.
