Triggering (SI/OD) - Pills and Cutting

Basically, I took several sleeping pills due to some complications faced with my friends. I don't know how many I took-- I was kind of in a daze. I'm afraid-- I've never taken this many before. It has usually been only one. I feel like cutting, to top things off.

So, here's how things stand:
--Took an unknown number of pills
--On the verge of cutting
--Really sleepy but afraid to go to sleep

I'm not quite sure if I can live like this anymore. My addictions are sucking me down lower and lower in life..

Are you alright today? Did you just end up passing out from them? It might be worth giving poison control a quick call to check that what you've taken can't cause any harm to you, or go to ER if you can face it.

I really think it would be worth talking to your doctor about this. If it's a prescription sleeping drug you're abusing, your doc can defiantely help you find ways of reducing your dose and coming off, and also help with the feelings behind why you want to do this and why you're having the urge to SI.

I just want to agree with what rockaroni is saying.

Even if you don't feel too weird the next day, in a few weeks have your doc do a check for liver stuff. OD's can poison you in hidden ways.

APAPs like paracetemol are the pills notourious for causing liver damgage later.

check the packaging for advice on what to do in case of OD.

sometimes i take more pills than i should as well
like today i took pills called calms
theyre not painkillers and theyre not that strong so i guess ill be ok
