Triggering (SI) - I Want To....

SI really really really bad. i will not! i will not! i keep trying to tell myself that. i dont know what is wrong with me. feel so alone, but like it that way too....... i dont know what to do anymore. what is wrong with me!!! i just need someone to talk to........look at me now i sound desperate.... ugh.......... *sighs*

i know but i just feel so alone and i just feel like im whining..... i know there are people i could talk to i tend to shut people out.... and then when i do need help i feel stupid to ask someone for it because i just feel like i am being bothersome....

ryl is a recovery site =) remember that because its important, everyone here posts to get help so you should never feel bad for doing that k.

these people that you tend to shut out maybe you should try to contact them? if youre able. sometimes the best way to get out of a bad mood is to be with a friend and doing something fun

i just started thinking about all the things that were going on i my life and it just led me right back to the thought of SI. :( and how it could possibly release the stress i am feeling....

What emotions are you feeling? There are lots of safe ways to release your emotions. If you are upset then you could cry, or do something nice for yourself like have a bath and watch a funny film. If you are angry you could punch a pillow, rip up some paper, or go for a run. We are here to listen if you need to talk. Stay safe and take care, you can do this.





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.
