Triggering (SI) - I told someone
tonight i told someone about how suicidal i have felt and the self harming.
I was to chicken to do it face to face but over MSN to a good friend. He has been very supportive, an am going to met over the weekend
I want help but i cant go to the drs because i am on strong pain killers that i need and i dont want them to freak and take them away.
I am very low tonight and had just cut when he popped up, and it all came out.
Im feel scared that someone knows but also relieved. I hope to feel better soon

telling the first person is always the hardest, i did it over MSN aswel,your not chicken
if you need the pills they cant take them away from you just because your depressed
you shouldnt be scared letting someone know is a good thing...they can help, share the burden
