First...I'm really sorry I haven't been on here in ages...I've been busy with school and revision etc...
Anyway I know I don't deserve ur support...but I'm so fed up, its like my life is a profound story of distress...I don't want to live...I don't want to die...I just want everything to go away...I want my mentor...she understands :(
I sound really selfish...I've cut. But I want to do it again, I can't possibly hide it though...I hate myself so much I don't even care what people do to my body *cries* take it all away...please...

everyone deserves support..don't say that about yourself....
and the more you cut the harder its to stop
you and I both know its wrong and bad for you
do you know what made you cut?
what were you feeling?

Hey hun, im sorry your struggling *Cuddles you* Do you have any idea of what it was that caused you to harm yourself? Whats happening for you? Are you able to talk to us some more? You do deserve our support and your not selfish at all. Please dont be so hard on yourself. Do you have any proffessional support?

Please dont hurt yourself, i know its easier said than done but harming yourself wont make things better. The more you harm yourself the harder it is to stop. Please keep fighting, you can get through this. Have you tried distracting yourself? Dont give up, you can and you will get through this. We are all here for you. Keep safe.

No, I'm not getting professional support...CAMHs sent us a letter offering a re-assessment, but we havn't heard anything since...
