Bills, bills, bills...
I hate them and am going to end up so hopelessly skint soon and in the red.
Why does everything have to cost so much?
My friends owe me money, but I'm a bit scared to ask them for it...

Why are you scared? You have the right to ask of course especially in this economic climate.

If they are real friends, they will understand that you're asking because you really need it back. It was a loan not a gift.
If they hate you, that means they aren't friends.

bills are rubbish !!!
i used to put all my letters that i thought where bills in my electric cubpoard by my front door and forget about them!!!

I was scared at one point about asking for the money I was owed by my mates. I was seeing £18 coming out of my bank account for their bills every month and I'd asked a few times and it had got me nowhere. I knew some were struggling but I also knew that I'd been paying this bill for 6months longer than I should've been, if not more. In the end I just decided that the worst they could do was say no and that was the situation I was already in so I just asked and they said it was fine. They needed a few more reminders before I got it all but they were actually glad of it because they'd forgotten and it kept reminding them that actually yes I was still paying bills for there house and I hadn't been a tenant there for some time. So yeh, I got the money, I didn't lose any ofthe friendship I had left and now I got it all sorted so we didn't lose anything
