Triggering (Sexual Abuse) - sick of it

im so sick of all this $hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all i want is to be left alone by everyone
i cant handle it anymore
i just want everything to end
the flashbacks are getting worse and worse
the nightmares are unbariable
i cant even make it through one day without being reminded of all the crap thats happened. i mean honestly is it really too much to ask for just to have one day without being reminded of all the abuse.

i finally told mum what happened between me and my ex
she asked me if it will have the same afect as mitch did but i couldnt answer because i completely blanked out what happened to for 3 months, so i dont know what will happen

i wish i had the guts to go to the police about it all but i havent.

im gunna go cry now.

You can still go to he police. It might be difficult since there's no physical evidence but perhaps if you have a psychologist testify that you show all the signs of abuse and even take a lie detector...you could have a better case. People shouldn't get away with hurting you. *hugs tight* You can get through it baby. We're all rooting for you

That's not stupid. Lots of people don't report abuse for the same reason. *hugs* Just consider it, no pressure

You can still go to the police love but its ok if you can't or you are scared. Even if you do go through with it, it will be scary but if you want then thats good.
You wouldn't be hurting them you would be trying to get them to take responsbility for their actions and after what they did they should pay for it.

(and tracie they don't use lie detectors in this country because they are very unreliable and don't hold up as evidence in court)

No lie detectors!?! They have whole shows here based on lie detectors and they're generally accepted as true. Psh, oh well. Nix that idea. :-/

They have those shows here too but I think its important rach knows that they will not use that as evidence in court here and unless you are going to go on a show like 'trisha' its hard to get one done because they are so unreliable and espcially if you are anxious which talking about something like this you most likely would be anxious or upset..

Yeah that's true. I need to remember to stop giving legal advice to people who don't live in America. I forget laws and things are different. Woops
