I'm new +just browsing. I've SI very occasionally since 18, was doing some last week - that's why I'm here.

Don't really know what I can say to you - but sending hugs. Do any of the alternatives work for you - elastic bands, ice cubes, red paint etc?

If you've had an argument maybe you could try patch it up?
