It has been 4 months and 7 days since my last cut and burn. I've never gone this long before, i was weak in the past, but now with the help of my friends and self expression (such as writing my stories etc) i have been able to make it this far, even though there is still a long way to go.
My next goal is 6 months free so i can buy the bracelet 6 Months Recovery from RYL I also just want to say that my best friend who sadly isn't a part of this site but is doing so well since he is now 8 months free! Well done Jake love you!!
And to everyone else, please keep safe and continue recovering. I know we can all do it!
