... last night i got the walkies (walkies=urge to run away+uber SH) and i was *this* close to getting dressed and legging it but instead i stayed in my room and used my DBT skills from, like, a year ago, to get me through. whereas last time i felt that bad i followed the walkies and ended up in a police car, so an improvement! still feel mad as a brush this morning but at least i kept out of trouble.
