Triggering (Sexual Abuse) - im scared
i am going to see my support worker at 4 and im going to call a place to get help with what happened 5 years ago but im scared and i dont think i have the strength to do it

Hun,it will be okay
yes it will be scary and you may think you cant do it
but in reality you can
and you will find it will be helpful in the long run
